Can I make this in advance?
Absolutely! Prepare and wrap your pigs in a blanket up until creating the wreath shape, then cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in the fridge no longer than 24 hours. Once you're ready to bake, brush with the egg wash, salt and poppy seeds before placing in the oven.
What should I dip these in?
We went with ketchup in this recipe not only because of the classic combo, but also to add some festive flair with the red and green pairing. But, you're dipping options certainly don't stop there. A grainy mustard pairs perfectly with these dogs, as would ranch dressing.
